About Noelle
I am a Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Sex Therapist licensed in the state of Virginia. What led me to this field is often what leads others to therapy - a desire to understand and a passion to reach out to others. Therapy is a relationship between individuals and I believe, just like in all relationships, this grows from trust, patience, and compassion, with safety and without judgement.
I am passionate about creating a safe place for people to explore their life’s possibilities, free from the pain of their past, and live again with hope and joy. I use attachment and evidence-based approaches to walk with my clients on their journey. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, and strengths-based concepts in my therapy room, and tailor therapy for the individual. Every day I come to work, I strive to be the therapist I would want to see.
